If you transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By more use of the Website, You shall be contracting with DLP and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with DLP.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who is a “Guest user” or who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as “IBO”, “Registered User” or “Franchise Holder” using the computer systems. DLP allows the User to surf the Website or making purchases without registering on the Website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

The applicant intending to become IBO (Individual Business Owner) shall go through these terms and conditions and if he/she agrees and accept these, he/she shall append his signature in the column provided here under as token of his/her acceptance. Choosing the sponsoring and consent to join the group is exclusive decision of applicant. There is no role or any suggestion of the company in taking such decision by the applicant. Further there is no any charge for becoming a IBO of the company. The company exclusively uses its website to display the details of the products, marketing method/plan, sales incentives and business monitoring etc.

DEFINITIONS

As used herein, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • "IBO” (Individual Business Owner) shall means that it is the identity of the person who joins the company and does business together with the company. It is the system & an opportunity to any user or marketing method of distribution of goods and services.
  • "User ID/DLP ID" Means a unique identification number issued by the company to the IBO. No communication will be entertained without a unique ID and password. IBO shall preserve the Unique ID and Password properly as it is a "must" for logging on to the website.
  • "Website" means the official website of the company i.e. www.dramlifeprovider.com or any other website, which the company may notify time to time.

Accessing, Browsing or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions under these terms of use, so please read the terms of use carefully before proceeding.

  1. The Site is owned, managed and operated by DLP Online Marketing Solutions Private Limited.
  2. By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by all terms and conditions concerning your use of the Site. Certain areas of the Site may have different terms of use posted. DLP reserves the right to use the information to provide the User a more personalized online experience.
  7. For availing of the services under the Site, registration by the User is required. You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. By registering, you agree to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms which shall be posted at an appropriate location of the Site. Each registration is for a single individual user only. To access these services, you will be asked to enter your individual User Name and Password. Therefore, we do not permit any of the following:-
    • Any other person sharing your User Name and Password.

  10. The Terms of Use shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under the Terms of Use.
  11. Registration on the Website is free for users. DLP does not charge any fee for browsing on the Website.
  12. Links from Other Websites to the DLP Website: You have to provide prior written consent from to DLP if required to insert a link from a third-party website to www.dlpindia.in.
